REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

Refunds will be issued for items returned within 30 days.  Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.  Exchanges may be made within 60 days and should be unused and in original packaging, as well.

Shipping Costs for Returned Items:  We are sorry, but Furry Travelers does not offer shipping refunds on returned items unless product is defective.  On items that received Free Shipping, the purchase price of the item will be refunded, less shipping costs.
